A group of Waldo Tower Neighbors are coming together to build a replica of the water tower at Tower Park to be entered as a float in the Brookside St. Patrick's Day Warm-Up Parade
We're building a replica of the water tower at Tower Park as an entry into this year's St. Patrick's Day Warm Up Parade happening on March 16th!
Our float will be pulled by Handyman Matters who provides residential and commercial Handyman Services from Downtown to South Kansas City.
The tower will also be displayed at the picnic (for photo opportunities) and should be re-usable for future parades.
We're looking for funds to help offset material costs and volunteers to help us build it!
Signage available to any small business sponsors who want in on the fun!
All funds collected through this campaign will be donated to the Waldo Tower Neighborhood Association, a 501(c)4, and ear-marked specifically to cover the costs of creating the float and the entrance fee so as not to burden their existing budget.
Any extra will be absorbed by the Waldo Tower Neighborhood Association to be used for their yearly operating budget which is publicly available.
