The South Plaza Campus MPD Plan was approved by the City Council on August 28, 2014.
South Plaza Campus has actively been marketing the property but market conditions have not yet resulted in the redevelopment of the building.
The MPD Plan expired and the current application is to extend the time of the MPD Plan with the same uses as the MPD Plan originally approved in 2014.
