Alfredo Garcia, RG Capital Partners, is considering redevelopment of the eldercare facility at 7801 Holmes Rd (across from South Broadland church).
Tiffany Moore, KC Neighborhood Advisory Council, will speak about the new website, KC Neighborhood Direct hub for neighborhoods, residents, and public engagement.
A representative from Public Works is unable to attend, but indicated KCMO is moving forward with the 75th and Wornall project, and construction is still expected to begin after the first of the year.
